Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up and sometimes an appointment has to be cancelled, however J. Herman Salon has a strict 24-hour cancellation/no show policy.  Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24-hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. 

Safety

J. Herman Salon has 19 steps and is not equipped with an elevator.  If assistance is required getting to the second floor or for using bathroom facilities, we ask for you to kindly bring someone with you.

Children

We have created a space for clients to relax with no distractions.   We want to ensure comfort and safety for all guests so please do not bring children in the salon unless they are having a service performed.  There are many dangerous chemicals, sharp tools, and hot appliances in the salon all within reach of small hands.
